receiving coffee

We want to make buying and receiving coffee an easy process, so we provide the following options:

option 1

Warehouse pickup. We store our coffee at the Paris Brothers Green Coffee warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri. Our warehouse requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for coffee releases. If your order is received by 2:30pm, we can typically have it ready for pickup or shipment the next day. We will confirm your pickup date via email after receiving your order.

Warehouse pickup hours are 1pm - 3pm, Monday - Friday. If you've ordered coffee and are looking for directions to the warehouse or pickup instructions, click here.

option 2

Kapeh Utz arranges shipping on your behalf. We work with freight brokers to find the best price and carrier for your less than truck load (LTL) shipments. Should you wish for us to arrange shipment, you must provide: address where the shipment will be received, contact person and phone number, if you need a lift gate and any other special instructions. We can typically provide freight quotes within a couple hours when the correct information is provided.

option 3

You arrange shipping from our warehouse to your place of business. Please provide us with load preparation and shipment instructions on a DO with carrier name and pickup date. Please note your coffee invoice will include warehouse and freight preparation fees.
